A Family Solution for Fixing Roof Leaks!

Here’s an old joke with a new twist for fixing Roof Leaks...

A newly married Virginia (VA) couple had some experience with fixing roof leaks. The husband had recently purchased a state-of-the-art flat screen TV for watching his favorite sports events. One day the husband returned home from work and his wife said, “Honey, there’s a leak in the
roof! Can you please fix it? He answered, “What do I look like Mr. Roof Repairman?” He turned on the new TV and settled down to watch the game.
 
A few days went by, and when he came home from work his wife said, “Honey, you know that faucet in the upstairs bathroom keeps dripping. Could you fix it? He answered, “What do I look like, Mr. Plumber?” as he landed on the couch in front of the supersize flat screen.
 
Another few days went by and the wife found out that her car would not start. When her husband got home she said to him, “Honey I couldn’t get the car started, I think it needs a new battery. Could you change it for me?” He replied, “What do I look like? Mr. Auto Mechanic?” He grabbed the remote and started flipping through channels.
 
The next day the husband came home and to find the car was fixed, the faucet was not leaking and the roof was repaired. He asked his wife what happened. “Oh I had a handyman come in and fix them,” she answered with a smirk. “Great! How much is that going to cost me?” he snarled. The wife said, “Nothing. He said he would do the work for free if I either baked him a cake or gave him your TV .” “Uh, well, what kind of cake did you make?” asked the husband. “What do I look like,” she said the wife, “Suzie Homemaker?”
